Northeast Montana STAT Air Ambulance Cooperative's  mission is to provide coordinated stabilization, critical care, and rapid emergent patient transport, and support resources thereby improving the health of our regional community.  Our vision is that NE MT STAT Air Ambulance Cooperative will be the premier Montana emergency flight service embodying the best people, deploying the best technologies, and providing the most comprehensive, compassionate care.
Northeast Montana STAT Air Ambulance Cooperative's mission and vision are guided by a Board of Directors. The Board of Directors consist of the Chief Executive Officers and one hospital board member from the following facilities: Northeast Montana Health Services - Poplar and Wolf Point; Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital - Glasgow; Phillips County Medical Center - Malta;  Roosevelt Memorial Hospital - Culbertson;  Fallon Medical Center-Baker;  McCone County Health Center-Circle; Daniel Memorial Healthcare - Scobey; Sheridan Memorial Hospital -Plentywood
